Your letter will be received at a treatment center approximately a month from when you submitted it.

How do I know the recipient of my letter will be able to speak the same language?
While we are partnered with treatment centers around the world, all of the patients receiving our letters speak English. At this time, only letters in English will be accepted.
What ages are the recipients of the letters?
The recipients vary in age from children to adults. Most recipients are 12-18 years old.
Do the letters only help people with OCD?
No, the letters help people with any mental health condition.
Will multiple copies of my letter be sent?
No, a letter submitted online only gets transcribed once. No copies or duplicates are made to ensure each letter is unique and special. We encourage people to write more than one letter.
Will my letter be sent to multiple people?
No, each letter submitted is sent to one individual at a mental health facility. We do not send multiple copies of the same letter.
